We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to support our Carrier and Member Revenue Operations team. This role is focused on generating actionable insights across our indirect Book of Business and driving improvements in denial resolution, adjudication accuracy, and overall cash performance.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an analytics or data-focused role, with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, and strong working knowledge of SQL and PowerBI. You’ll play a critical role in supporting and optimizing our AR and DSO modeling, improving visibility into carrier denial trends, and automating key components of our workflows to reduce friction and accelerate cash conversion.
What You’ll Do...
- Analyze trends in outstanding AR, denial/adjudication rates, and carrier-specific behaviors
- Own and maintain monthly AR and DSO reporting models for the broader Finance organization
- Re-build and maintain end-to-end monitoring for Member AR
- Develop and refine dashboards and reporting in PowerBI to track denial trends, 90-day adjudication trends, and cash collections outcomes
- Conduct contextualized tracking of denial balances by carrier, surfacing volume shifts and opportunities
- Own and manage the relationship with external vendors supporting Member AR
- Track and analyze member account pending/unlocking trends to inform process improvements
- Align external carrier reporting with internal adjudication data to identify discrepancies and insights
- Manage and enhance an RPA tool to detect and group denial categories with high financial impact
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external carrier contacts to design effective denial workflows that drive resolution and improve cash
- Lead monthly “scorecarding” for the Carrier & Member Revenue Operations team, tracking key performance metrics and process health
- Support continuous improvement initiatives with data-backed recommendations and process automation
About You...
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, healthcare RCM, or a similar data-heavy role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling and data manipulation
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and transformation
- Experience building dashboards or visualizations in PowerBI
- Ability to manage and evolve analytic tools and automation processes (e.g., RPA, macros, workflows)
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and comfort interpreting trends from large datasets
- Strong communication skills and ability to synthesize complex insights for cross-functional teams
Nice to Have...
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes, including payer adjudication and denials management
- Experience working with or managing carrier/vendor relationships
- Exposure to RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) or workflow automation platforms
- Background in claims analytics, denial root cause analysis, or payer-facing roles
