We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Mariners Landing clinic. What You'll Do

• Provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Implement established plans of care to help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
• Work with patients across a variety of diagnoses, including orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, functional activities, and strategies that support progress outside the clinic.
• Communicate with supervising physical therapists and other team members to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Complete timely, accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Help create a welcoming, encouraging clinic environment where patients feel supported throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic through positive patient experiences, professional collaboration, and participation in team initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current, active Virginia PTA license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-centered approach and a genuine interest in helping people achieve their goals.
• Dependability, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively with a supervising physical therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or neurological rehabilitation is a plus, but we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and grow.
• A willingness to contribute to the overall success of the clinic and collaborate with the broader Full Distance team.

Compensation: $28–$34 per hour, depending on experience. PRN compensation may vary. Benefits are available for eligible full-time positions
