Market Director - Hong Kong

CASETiFY is now looking for a Marketing Director who serves as the market owner for Hong Kong marketing and a key commercial leader responsible for driving sustainable business growth, strengthening brand trust and reputation, accelerating customer acquisition, and improving overall EBITDA performance across both Retail and Online/DTC channels.

Job Description

• Develop and deliver Hong Kong’s annual marketing strategy, commercial calendar, campaign plans, and local activation priorities in line with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Retail, Online/DTC to drive sales growth, improve traffic and conversion, strengthen store and digital productivity, optimise marketing investment, and support Hong Kong EBITDA performance.
• Lead integrated 360° PR & marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM, paid media, search, local media, partnerships, retail activations, events, and customer communications.
• Build and manage strong relationships with media, agencies, KOLs/influencers, strategic partners, event partners, and other external vendors.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance marketing, CRM, social media, retargeting, loyalty initiatives, partnerships, and omnichannel customer journeys.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, customer, campaign, marketing, PR, retail, and digital performance; use data to identify opportunities and turn insights into clear actions and recommendations.
• Lead the Marketing team, manage agencies and vendors, control marketing budgets, and collaborate with Retail store teams, work effectively with local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant marketing, brand, PR, or commercial experience in Hong Kong.
• Proven experience in driving business growth, customer acquisition, campaign performance, or business recovery/turnaround in a commercially challenging environment.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong consumer market, including customer behaviour, retail trends, digital platforms, social media, local media, and KOL/influencer networks.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing, sales, traffic, conversion, and customer data and translate insights into actions.
• Strong stakeholder-management and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Retail, DTC/e-commerce, agencies, regional/global teams, and external vendors.
