General Summary:

Develops, defines, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed. Monitors budget/spending, on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones. Represents the program and drives alignment across stakeholders. Replacement Position

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

What You'll Do

• Own project schedules and execution tracking with engineering team.
• Drive New Product Development through stage gate process to align and sign off with stakeholders on scope, schedule and budget.
• Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.
• Work with team leads to refine WBS and build into execution schedule.
• Drive internal signoff with engineering.
• Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.

What you'll Need

• Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimum
• Experience in development of high speed serdes 112G+ , controllers and protocol knowledge
• Experience in stage gate process for new program development
• Experience in engineering role as part of high speed serdes IP development for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies
• Schedule development, tracking and reporting with MS Office Project
• Understanding of IP development challenges in advanced process nodes at 5nm and below
• Experience in development of high speed serdes 112G+ and protocol knowledge
• Understanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges
• PMP certification an asset

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$112,000.00 - $162,000.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
