Who You Will Work With

The Organizational Development & Change Management Lead will report to the Head, Organizational Development and partner closely with HR colleagues, business leaders, Digital and Technology teams, project teams, and external partners across the organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor on enterprise people programs, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives, helping leaders and employees successfully navigate transformation while building sustainable organizational capability.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise people programs that strengthen organizational capability and support strategic business priorities.
  • Drive end-to-end change management activities for business, technology, process, and people initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, readiness planning, adoption strategies, and sustainability planning.
  • Develop practical tools, communications, learning materials, leader guides, and executive-ready presentations that support successful adoption of organizational programs and change initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to identify organizational needs and translate business objectives into scalable people solutions that balance employee experience and business outcomes.
  • Establish and evolve organizational development and change management frameworks, standards, governance practices, metrics, and reporting to enable consistent enterprise-wide delivery.
  • Analyze data, feedback, and organizational insights to measure effectiveness, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology, and project teams to design and implement scalable, system-enabled solutions that support organizational effectiveness and employee adoption.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Advisory, or related people and culture functions.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and evolving enterprise people programs, such as performance enablement, leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, employee engagement, learning, or culture initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading change management efforts for complex business, technology, process, and organizational transformations, including stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, readiness planning, and adoption strategies.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with experience translating complex concepts into clear executive presentations, leader resources, employee communications, and learning materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, insights, and feedback to inform decisions, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience with Workday, learning platforms, and change or project management tools is considered an asset.
