About the Role
Hello, School Psychologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Bilingual School Psychologist for a school setting in the La Grange, IL area for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. We welcome new clinicians and seasoned professionals alike!

What You’ll Do

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments

• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and IEP documentation

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

• Provide progress monitoring and maintain compliant documentation

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education staff

• Support student behavioral, social-emotional, and academic needs

• Assist in developing appropriate interventions and supports

• Ensure timelines and compliance with state and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement

• Strong assessment, writing, and collaboration skills

• School-based experience preferred

• Must be Bilingual, fluent in Spanish
