## About Opportunity

As a key member of our Aftermarket & Customer Support team, you'll support our dealer network across Australia and New Zealand by providing information, guidance, and solutions on parts-related enquiries. The role is focused on delivering exceptional customer support, building strong dealer relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of issues that impact customer operations.

Working closely with dealers and internal stakeholders, you'll investigate enquiries, resolve complex issues, and help deliver positive customer outcomes. Whether you're managing an order enquiry, resolving a claim, or collaborating across teams to find the best solution, you'll play an important role in supporting dealer success and enhancing the customer experience.

As our business continues to evolve, this role will also contribute to future ways of working by embracing new technologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer-centric solutions that create value for both dealers and customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide support and guidance on dealer parts enquiries.
  • Manage order status enquiries and resolve issues to ensure efficient order flow.
  • Answer queries related to parts availability and shipment tracking details.
  • Investigate dealer shortage and overage claims and communicate outcomes.
  • Process returns and associated credits.
  • Support dealer training and knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Assist with quality-control investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute as part of a collaborative team to support operational requirements and service excellence.

## What We're Looking For

You may come from parts, customer service, logistics, supply chain, automotive, agriculture, construction equipment, manufacturing, or another customer-focused environment.

Experience can be taught. What matters most is your attitude, customer focus, problem-solving capability, and willingness to learn.

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking capability.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
  • Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • An interest in leveraging technology and new ways of working to improve outcomes.
  • A continuous improvement mindset focused on creating value for customers and the business.

Why John Deere?

At John Deere, you'll join a global organisation where innovation, technology, and customer success drive everything we do, while still being part of a close-knit and collaborative Australia and New Zealand team.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, build strong dealer relationships, develop new skills, and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering outstanding support and solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and helping customers succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

In Return, We Offer:

  • A friendly and inclusive culture where employee wellbeing is a priority.
  • Flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance.
  • Ongoing professional development opportunities, including higher education, training, and professional memberships.
  • The opportunity to work with an iconic brand helping to feed, fuel, and build the world.
  • 15% Superannuation when participating in the John Deere Mercer Super Plan.
  • 16 Weeks Paid Parental Leave for new parents.
  • Social activities, health and wellbeing programs, and a range of employee benefits.

If you have the skills, experience, and passion to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

Please click the Apply button and submit your resume together with a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in the role.

Applications for this position will close on 18 Oct, 2026.
