The Advanced Development Team (ADT) at Micron or with equivalent experience is at the forefront of groundbreaking innovative solutions that transform the way we interact with technology. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible, crafting world-class engineering solutions that lead the industry.

Micron is looking for a highly ambitious ADT Photo Engineer to join our team in Taiwan. This role involves working on innovative projects to develop and apply advanced photolithography techniques for memory and storage solutions. This is your chance to be part of a dedicated team, driving innovation and seamless delivery!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and successfully carry out advanced photolithography processes to advance memory and storage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine specific engineering requirements and deliver flawless solutions.
• Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges, ensuring world-class quality and reliability.
• Conduct detailed analysis and testing to validate process improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to compete and excel in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in photolithography process development and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver outstanding results.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to strictly adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive ambitious engineering projects to completion.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or an associated field.
• Over 1 years of experience in semiconductor production or a similar sector.
• Hands-on experience with photolithography equipment and techniques.
• Familiarity with industry standards and commonly used techniques in photolithography and semiconductor processes.

AI Relevant Job Responsibilities:

• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising good judgment and aligning with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled improvements within one’s scope of work.
• Ability to apply baseline digital proficiency and role-appropriate AI literacy. Use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem-solving, operational tasks, and achieving business objectives.
