Full-time position, 40 hours per week .8 working hours per day, plus a one-hour lunch
Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00.

I am looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in growing their businesses through digital advertising.
The role involves providing pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products, assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting product-related issues, and helping clients improve their advertising experience.
You will also identify recurring customer challenges and share valuable product feedback with internal teams.
Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and advertising tools.
Ability to support multiple business clients and manage inquiries across different channels.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify recurring trends and customer needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and provide actionable feedback.
Documentation: Valid EU documentation or Portuguese residence permit
