Shining Stars Learning Center is an established and reputable Early Childhood Educational Center designed to meet the learning and developmental needs of children, ages 20 months to 5 years. We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and qualified individual to join our staff. The Lead Teacher will implement our academically based educational program on a daily basis in a classroom for children 2 years of age. Lead Teacher Experience:
- At least 2 years as a Teacher or Assistant in an Early Childhood Setting
- Educational/Academic Instructional techniques
- Assessment procedures
- Supervision of children in structured and unstructured settings
- Potty Training techniques
Lead Teacher Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 45 hours of Early Childhood Training
- FCCPC and/or Degree in ECE or related field preferred
Lead Teacher Physical Requirements:
- Energetic
- Able to lift 35 pounds
