SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant | ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Fluent German & English language skills (Written & Verbal)
• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and configuration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and their alignment with EC functionalities
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end system deployments and post-go-live support
• Confident engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant | DESIRED SKILLS:
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience with additional SF modules such as Onboarding, Time Management or Integration Centre
• Background working in large-scale, multi-country SAP implementations
• Knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies
