A Birthplace/Special Deliveries PCA administers patient care on the Postpartum unit, Labor and Delivery and C-Section operating room under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

· After orientation must demonstrate competence skills and knowledge required of the position

of a Birthplace/Special Deliveries Patient Care Tech , NRP certification and BLS certification within one year of hire.
