Encompass Healthcare is looking for a hands-on leader to oversee and support daily operations across a multi-site long term care market.
This role is ideal for an experienced senior level healthcare operations leader who enjoys being actively involved in team support, provider scheduling, relationship building, and operational follow-through. If you like staying close to work and making a visible impact day-to-day, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Directly support and supervise a team of Regional VP's and Practice Managers
- Maintain strong relationships with facility partners
- Monitor budget performance and key operational metrics
- Ensure compliance with long term care regulations and reimbursement requirements
- Support steady, responsible growth within your market
Travel within the assigned market is required.
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
