Fort Mitchell, AL | $22–$26/hr | Part-Time

As an RBT with HealthPro Pediatrics, you’ll work one-on-one with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other exceptionalities providing play-based ABA services alongside speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof!

- Part-Time: Afternoons M-F 4pm - 6pm!

With ABA, speech, occupational, and physical therapy under one roof, you’ll be part of a collaborative pediatric team with opportunities for mentorship, professional growth, and leadership—all while making a meaningful difference for children and families.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children with Autism and other exceptionalities to build communication, social, and everyday life skills
- Help children reach their goals and learn new skills through play-based, individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)—because one size does not fit all!
- Track progress and celebrate wins of all sizes
- Receive training and supervision from our multidisciplinary team of ABA clinicians and pediatric therapists while building experience in behavioral health and child development!
Qualifications
- A valid RBT certification or completion certificate for a 40-hour RBT certification course is preferred
- Valid CPR certification with the hands-on portion
- We can help with that!
Experience in the field of mental health, child development, or education is preferred
However, we encourage anyone to apply that enjoys being around children and has a passion for making a difference in their lives!
Must be at least 18 years old and have, at minimum, completed high school or national equivalent
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
