POSITION: FULFILLMENT & LOGISTICS MANAGER

• Report to: Head of Supply Chain
• Team size: 2–3 Executives 
• Working Location: Factory Base (HCMC / Neighboring Industrial Zone)
• Working Schedule: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-hour lunch break)
• Industry Focus: Open to various sectors (High-Growth Manufacturing, Consumer Tech, Industrial/Hardware Products, Retail Distribution)

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an operational, result-driven Fulfillment & Logistics Manager to lead our finished goods warehousing, 3PL delivery management, and reverse logistics network. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end product distribution—ensuring seamless First Mile to Last Mile fulfillment—while managing post-sales reverse logistics for maintenance, servicing, and repairs.

This role focuses exclusively on inland road freight managed through external 3PL and logistics vendors (no in-house fleet), requiring strong vendor management, SLA negotiation, process optimization, and logistics digitalization capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Fulfillment & 3PL Logistics Management

• End-to-End Order Execution: Drive overall order fulfillment from confirmation through 3PL dispatch to final customer delivery, maintaining strict standards for delivery speed, accuracy, and product protection.
• Vendor & Freight Management: Manage external 3PL partners and road freight transportation vendors. Lead contract negotiations, performance evaluations, SLA compliance, and freight cost optimization.
• 3PL Partner Network: Expand and diversify the logistics vendor network to boost regional service coverage, emergency fallback capabilities, and overall operational resilience.

2. Reverse Logistics & After-Sales Servicing Support

• Maintenance & Repair Logistics: Oversee reverse supply chain operations—arranging collection of customer products for servicing, maintenance, or repair, and managing transit back to the factory or technical service centers.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) Optimization: Continuously improve return-and-redelivery TAT and service quality to maximize customer satisfaction and post-sales service SLAs.

3. Warehouse & Inventory Control

• Finished Goods Facility: Direct daily warehouse operations for finished goods, including receiving, safe storage, inventory reconciliation, picking/packing, and outbound dispatch.
• Stock Accuracy & Layout: Ensure high inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and operational safety.

4. Digitalization & System Optimization

• Automation Initiatives: Lead digitalization projects to build automated tracking systems for dispatch notes, spare parts, and real-time product/delivery status updates.
• Cross-Functional Tech Alignment: Partner with IT, Systems, and Operations teams to refine ERP/WMS/OMS tools, establishing real-time tracking dashboards and operational KPI reporting.

5. Leadership & Cross-Functional Synergy

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of 2–3 Logistics Executives/Specialists. Set team KPIs, shift schedules, and resource planning aligned with business demand.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Planning, Production, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure operational readiness for new product launches and volume expansion.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics, Fulfillment, or Warehouse Management, including at least 2 years in a Managerial or Team Lead capacity.
• 3PL Expertise: Demonstrated track record in managing 3PL partners and inland road freight vendors (experience with outsourced fleet management is essential).
• Process & Digitalization: Hands-on experience leading process improvements, cost optimization, or logistics automation projects (ERP, WMS, OMS, automated tracking systems).
• Reverse Logistics Knowledge: Strong understanding of two-way transport (forward fulfillment + reverse logistics for repairs/servicing/returns).
• Work Ethic & Readiness: Highly adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working at a factory base on a Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, 3PL SLA management, analytical problem-solving, and team coaching abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (BI tools like Power BI/Looker Studio are an advantage).
• Language: Good working command of English (written and spoken) is preferred. Must speak Vietnamese fluently.
