ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

The Architectural BIM Modeler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating multidisciplinary models, resolving clashes, and ensuring all BIM deliverables comply with project requirements, BIM standards, and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare, update, and revise architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Identify, review, and resolve clashes and coordination issues using Navisworks.
• Incorporate approved design changes and revisions into BIM models.
• Prepare architectural construction drawings, shop drawings, and other BIM deliverables.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, Level of Development (LOD) requirements, and the BIM Execution Plan.
• Collaborate with architects, BIM coordinators, BIM managers, and other engineering teams.
• Perform model quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Support multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and implement agreed actions.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables.
• Assist in resolving technical modeling issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• Extensive experience in Autodesk Revit and architectural documentation.
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction methods, materials, and detailing.

Technical Skills

• Autodesk Revit: Advanced proficiency in architectural BIM modeling and documentation.
• Autodesk Navisworks: Clash detection and multidisciplinary model coordination.
• AutoCAD: Preparation and modification of architectural drawings.
• Autodesk BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud: Model sharing and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on large-scale projects, including high-rise buildings, hotels, commercial developments, and mixed-use developments.
• Experience in preparing detailed architectural shop drawings and construction documentation.
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash resolution.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards and project-specific requirements.
