The First Line Risk Management Office partners with business units to strengthen risk monitoring and management practices. Within this organization, the First Line Risk Management Solutions team helps the business work smarter by transforming data into actionable insights, simplifying processes, and delivering scalable automation, reporting, analytics, and digital solutions.

As Sr. Manager, Risk Management Business Process and Insights, you will turn complex operational and risk management needs into practical solutions that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and create more intuitive stakeholder experiences. You will work across business, risk, data, and technology teams to shape well-governed automation, reporting, workflow, and AI-enabled capabilities. What you’ll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to uncover operational pain points, map current-state processes, define business and functional requirements, and translate needs into scalable automation, reporting, workflow, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives that simplify workflows, strengthen handoffs, reduce manual effort, and expand the thoughtful use of automation, Power Platform tools, data transformation, and intelligent automation.
• Develop and maintain data transformation processes, dashboards, reporting tools, and insight solutions that turn complex risk management data into clear, actionable information.
• Develop and optimize data models, SQL queries, and transformation processes to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.
• Identify and shape practical AI-enabled use cases, defining expected outcomes, success measures, control considerations, governance expectations, and adoption needs.
• Connect business, risk, data, and technology teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, secure, compliant, well-governed, and aligned with business objectives.
• Guide testing, user acceptance, implementation readiness, training, change management, and stakeholder adoption for new tools, dashboards, workflows, and digital solutions.
• Champion a collaborative, learning-focused environment where sound judgment, constructive challenge, and continuous improvement lead to better outcomes.

Please note: This position is Monday through Friday during standard business hours and follows a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one day working from home. The role is available only in Westlake, TX (DFW), and Lone Tree, CO. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense to one of the listed locations.

What you have

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: risk analysis, compliance, accounting and finance, brokerage operations, internal audit, or legal.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder interviews, current-state and future-state documentation, and solution design.
• Demonstrated success improving business processes through automation, workflow redesign, reporting, data transformation, or digital tools.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to validate outputs, identify trends, and develop clear insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data models, data transformation concepts, and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform, SharePoint, Python, or comparable technologies, with the ability to build solutions directly or partner effectively with technical teams.
• Practical understanding of how AI-enabled tools, copilots, intelligent automation, or emerging technologies can improve business processes, reporting, insight generation, and stakeholder experiences.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating testing, user acceptance testing, implementation readiness, change management, and stakeholder adoption for process, reporting, automation, or technology enhancements.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence across functions, and balance innovation with governance, security, compliance, and risk considerations.
