Job position: Senior Service Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position Summary
The Service Architect is responsible for designing, costing, and gaining approval for service solutions that align with customer requirements, sales strategy, operational capabilities, and financial objectives. The role serves as the primary solution lead throughout the opportunity lifecycle, coordinating stakeholders across sales, operations, legal, procurement, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer business requirements and sales strategy.
- Design service solutions that deliver customer value and address business challenges.
- Engage subject matter experts including Offer Management, TSC, Legal, Procurement, and Operations.
- Lead solution development and requirements definition activities.
- Develop and maintain solution documentation, including requirements traceability.
- Build financially sound and profitable service solutions.
- Challenge assumptions and costs to ensure operationally deliverable solutions.
- Obtain operational cost and delivery approvals.
- Participate in customer negotiations and contract reviews.
- Ensure NCR Voyix contractual, financial, and delivery interests are protected.
