Description
The Team Lead & Solution Strategist will lead a team responsible for product strategy, solution roadmaps, and the delivery of healthcare technology capabilities. This role combines people leadership with hands-on product management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. The Team Lead helps the team navigate shifting priorities, resolve escalations, and maintain focus on client value and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team responsible for solution strategy, requirements, and roadmap execution.
- Guide the development and prioritization of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution plans.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and trade-offs to key stakeholders.
- Partner with Engineering to manage roadmap scope, detailed requirements, prototypes, resources, and delivery priorities.
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Marketing on solution demonstrations, training, feature descriptions, release content, and go-to-market activities.
- Use client feedback, market research, competitive analysis, utilization data, and engagement insights to inform product decisions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, address escalations, and help resolve competing priorities across teams.
- Promote an agile, flexible working environment that can adapt to changing business and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in healthcare software consulting, information technology, solution functionality, or equivalent work.
- At least two years of software-related project experience.
- Experience managing people and stakeholders.
- Product management experience, including work with software features, requirements, and prioritization.
- Experience managing client communication and relationships.
- Ability to research, analyze, and prioritize functionality and requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience managing projects and product roadmaps.
- Experience handling client, product, or stakeholder escalations.
- Demonstrated flexibility, agility, and the ability to lead through shifting priorities.

Results-driven and collaborative, with strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills. Able to work effectively across clinical, technical, and business audiences while balancing customer needs, product priorities, and organizational goals.
