ARP Value Management Office Lead (m/f)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ARP Value Management Office Lead (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France. 

You will join the ARP/ERP organization to drive the transformation of our industrial ecosystem and bridge digital and physical operations.

We are looking for a motivated Manager (graded BVB) to lead the Value Management Office, structure Lean governance, and ensure business value delivery.

Your challenges:

• Establish and track key business metrics, KPIs, and value realization frameworks.
• Translate portfolio strategy into prioritized epics and capabilities using Lean governance.
• Provide program transparency through executive dashboards, ROI tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate end-to-end value delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (SAFe).
• Drive executive reporting and leverage digital/AI tools to optimize program communication and follow-up.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in engineering, project management, or equivalent field.
• Proven experience in governing complex, large-scale ERP transformation programs (SAP S/4HANA). Strong expertise in SAFe at scale (Portfolio/Large Solution levels) and Lean Portfolio Management. 
• Solid background in program financials, budgeting, ROI analysis, and business KPI tracking. Proficiency with digital collaboration and AI tools to drive program management efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, political acumen, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Advanced level in English and French (international scope with 20-30% travel required).
