Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erstellung von Berichten, Listen und Sonderratenvereinbarungen
• Pflege und Einführung in Datenbanken (z.B. Momentus, Protel, Dailypoint)
• Durchführung und Nachverhandlung von Angebotsanfragen
• Planung und Buchung von Dienstreisen
• Unterstützung bei Kundenveranstaltungen und Hausführungen
• Erledigung von Sekretariatsaufgaben und Dienstplanerstellung
• Bearbeitung von Post, Reklamationen und Internetbewertungen
• Verwaltung von Kreditkarten und Datenschutzangelegenheiten

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales und Marketing wünschenswert
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Erfahrung mit Datenbankmanagement (z.B. Momentus, Protel, Dailypoint)
• Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
• Teamfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
