In this position...
What you'll do...
- Provide software development process and project management for the RTD team (Real Time Domain) within the IVI Team (In-Vehicle-Infotainment Team), focusing on the Platform aspect of the development
- The main topics to cover will be UWB, Bluetooth, NFC, BLE, Power Modding, FuSa items, Ethernet Switch and Cyber Security
- Identify potential risks in development and assess program impact, work with Engineering managers to mitigate risk
- Cross-functional and cross-team coordination and communication to help deliver committed project outcomes.
- Work closely with software engineers, system engineers, testing engineers, and product managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, identify blockers, potential issues and incongruencies, and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.
- Lead external vendors on timelines and deliverables and take responsibility for milestone coordination between internal and external releases.
• Drive several technical projects across vehicle software domains, helping set priorities for engineering.
You'll have...
- B.S. in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- 15+ years of experience in project, program or product management in software.
- 10+ years of experience in software development or testing.

• M.S. in Electrical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• M.B.A.
• PMP Certification.
- Scrum master Certification.
• Experienced in using JIRA, Jama and Confluence.
• Experience negotiating with hardware and software vendors.
• Experience in Automotive domain.
• Experience in Embedded Software domain.
• Experience in consumer electronics domain.
- Experience in Automotive Infotainment domain.

This position is a leadership level 5 and ranges from $167,200-$316,600.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
