The Role
The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles in Wasserman’s Middle East business.
Working closely with hiring managers, regional leadership and the wider People team, you will help define hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent recruitment experience from initial brief through to offer.
You will combine strong recruiting fundamentals with an understanding of the Middle East talent market and the ability to identify people who can thrive in Wasserman’s collaborative, entrepreneurial and culturally driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across roles in the Middle East, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and handover to onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and the capabilities required for success.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
- Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, recruitment platforms and direct outreach.
- Screen and assess candidates against both technical requirements and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure candidates and hiring managers have a clear, efficient and positive experience.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy, candidate availability and market conditions.
- Support offer development and candidate negotiations in partnership with the People team.
- Build relationships with recruitment agencies and other external talent partners where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide visibility on pipeline health, hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and help ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
- Support employer-brand initiatives and help strengthen Wasserman’s reputation as an employer across the region.
- Contribute to broader talent and People initiatives as the Middle East business continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the Middle East.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate-identification skills.
- Good knowledge of the UAE and broader Middle East talent landscape.
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and challenging or advising hiring managers when needed.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to candidate experience.
- Comfort working within an international, matrixed organisation.
Experience recruiting within sports, entertainment, marketing, creative agencies, experiential, media or professional services would be particularly valuable.
What Success Looks Like
You will be successful in this role if you can build trusted relationships with hiring managers, develop strong talent networks across the region and consistently bring high-quality candidates into the business.
You will also help Wasserman take a proactive approach to talent — building pipelines and market knowledge ahead of hiring needs rather than simply responding when vacancies arise.
