What you will do as a Civil Construction Project Manager:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Create cost estimates
- Manage budgets and asset allocation
- Find opportunities to decrease project costs
- Manage project documentation and process
- Manage civil earthworks projects
- Manage estimate process from start to finish
What you will need as a Civil Construction Project Manager:
- 3 or more years in construction estimating or project engineering
- Have a history of competitive bidding
- Earthworks Project Management is a plus
- Microsoft Office
