Description

There’s a lot happening every day at Master’s Transportation. We sell, rent, lease, service, and support commercial buses and vans for organizations with a variety of transportation needs. Our Rental team plays a key role in that business, and at our Kansas City headquarters, our Branch Manager helps keep that fast-moving operation organized and running smoothly.

We’re looking for an energetic, highly organized Branch Manager – Headquarters Operations to lead the day-to-day rental operation at our Kansas City headquarters. This role requires someone who can balance the administrative side of the business with hands-on operational leadership. You’ll manage daily administrative responsibilities and system entries, coordinate rental activity and competing priorities, communicate across teams, and make sure important details don’t fall through the cracks.
When rental activity picks up, you’ll also be out in the operation, surveying vehicle and parking activity, coordinating what needs to happen next, solving problems, and working alongside the team to keep things moving.

This is a lead-by-example role for someone who is organized enough to manage the details, flexible enough to shift priorities throughout the day, and willing to step away from the desk when the operation needs them. If you’re a natural multitasker who takes ownership and enjoys seeing things through from start to finish, we want to talk to you.
