Drive the team to improve manufacturing technology, new tools, assembly techniques, and improve the lines on Kaizen events.
Lead and drive the team on quality improvements, EHS improvements.

What you’ll do

• Lead the production support team. Provide guidance in the daily work, assign tasks and follow up on completions.
• Active participation to create the roadmap . During the year drive the completion of roadmap items with the team.
• Improve the manufacturing technology - standardization, new tools, ideas for automation, etc..
• Develop the team in technical expertise and their soft skills
• Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area,
• Participates in LEAN initiative, driving AWO actions to completion,
• Participate to improve manufacturing layout/flow analysis/workers and machine needs,
• Customer focus and product compliance

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Mechanical engineer graduated (BSc/MSc)

• Methods/production experience

• Experience in mechanical industry

• Fluent in English and Hungarian,

• Knowledge in quality/productivity modern tools (problem solving)

• Use of lean tools

• Team player behaviour, open minded and energetic personality,

• Able to work with office automation (Excel, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) and ERP software.
