Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a skilled Carpenter with 3–5 years of experience in interior and exterior remodeling or restoration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with framing, drywall and painting, finish carpentry, and doors and windows. This role involves completing repair and reconstruction work while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior carpentry, remodeling, and restoration work.

• Complete framing, drywall installation and repairs, patching, and painting.

• Perform finish carpentry, including trim, molding, and other detail work.

• Install, repair, and replace doors, windows, and related hardware.

• Assist with property repairs and reconstruction following water, fire, or other property damage.

• Read and follow project instructions, measurements, and construction specifications.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Coordinate with project managers and team members to complete projects on schedule.

• Follow applicable building codes, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in interior and exterior remodeling or property restoration.

• Strong skills in framing, drywall and painting, finish carpentry, and doors and windows.

• Ability to use common carpentry tools and equipment safely.

• Knowledge of basic construction methods, measurements, and repair techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious work habits.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25–$28 per hour, depending on experience.

• Employment Type: Full-time.

• Overtime opportunities may be available based on project workload.
