Looking for your next career move? Join us for an in-person hiring event on Wednesday, October 21 from 3 to 6 p.m. to interview for Access Specialist positions at MedStar Health Access Center in Nottingham, Maryland.This is a full-time, day-shift, hybrid opportunity at our call center located in the Whitemarsh area. This role is responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls to schedule patient appointments in our call center. Please note: a high school diploma/GED is required for this role; Associate's degree is preferred. At least 2 years of customer service experience is desired, preferably within a healthcare setting. Experience working in a hospital or medical office scheduling environment is preferred.
