Overview:
The Learning Experience & Design team creates engaging learning solutions that help customers, partners, and employees successfully adopt and use SOTI products.
Through web-based training, instructional content, Youtube videos, learning paths, and release readiness materials, the team transforms complex product capabilities into practical, scalable learning experiences that drive product adoption and customer success.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and tracking of learning content projects, including videos, webinars, WBTs, and instructional resources.
- Coordinate project activities with SMEs, Content Specialists, Multimedia Specialists, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Schedule video recordings, review meetings, approvals, and stakeholder checkpoints throughout the content development lifecycle.
- Maintain project plans, production schedules, content inventories, documentation, and status reports using project management tools such as ClickUp and Microsoft 365.
- Draft, edit, and organize scripts, storyboards, presentation content, and supporting learning materials.
- Assist with publishing and launch activities for learning content across LMS, Learning Hub, SharePoint, YouTube, and other learning platforms.
- Support the development of AI-powered solutions and Copilot Studio agents to improve content development and operational efficiency.
- Create and update presentations, graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365.
- Ensure content follows established branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Analyze content performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives and research emerging trends in AI, learning technologies, digital content creation, and multimedia production.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase team efficiency and content scalability.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of or willingness to learn creative and digital marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects), Canva, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with social media marketing, SEO, content writing, and project management tools such as ClickUp and Microsoft Planner.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Copilot, AI tools, video editing, or learning experience design is considered an asset.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Communications, Education, Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing projects, coordinating activities, or working with teams through academic, internship, volunteer, or extracurricular experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Interest in content creation, multimedia production, learning technologies, and AI-powered tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
The targeted compensation for this position is $55,000 CAD annually. Final compensation is determined by education, experience, and internal equity principles.
