Position: Master Builder - Maintenance

Location: Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany

Type: Weekly working 35 hours

Tasks:

• Ensuring the proper functioning of buildings and building systems, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and electrical systems (including transformers, networks, compressed air, water, wastewater, and safety systems)
• Planning and supervising maintenance and repair work, as well as conducting inspections and tests
• Organizing and overseeing services such as trades, cleaning, landscaping, and moving services
• Serving as a contractor coordinator (m/f/d)
• Soliciting and negotiating bids from external service providers (m/f/d) and overseeing their execution
• Planning and coordinating renovation and refurbishment projects
• Motivating and leading employees, fostering team development, and ensuring accident prevention and occupational safety
• Monitoring compliance with legal regulations and standards in building operations, as well as ensuring quality and user satisfaction
• If qualified: Certified Electrical Technician
  

Requirements:

• Successfully completed vocational training followed by specialized training, e.g., as an industrial foreman (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in building maintenance
• Experience managing external contractors
• Very good working knowledge of standard MS Office programs
• Good written and spoken German
• Leadership skills and assertiveness, combined with a confident and professional demeanor
• A structured and independent work style, along with a strong sense of responsibility, quality, and cost awareness
