Talent Acquisition Manager/Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager/A, to drive recruitment and manage work pass matters.

You’ll plan hiring activities and personally execute them—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to participating in recruitment events and securing new hires.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Planning & Execution

• Develop recruitment plans based on manpower needs, hiring priorities and deployment timelines.
• Drive high-volume hiring for ground staff and targeted recruitment for HQ roles.
• Personally manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements with HR and operations.
• Identify and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events organised by e2i, Workforce Singapore and other recruitment partners.
• Track hiring progress, recruitment costs and sourcing effectiveness, and adjust plans to improve results.

Work Pass Administration

• Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related documentation in accordance with prevailing MOM requirements.
• Monitor pass expiry dates, application status and relevant quota availability.
• Liaise with candidates, employees and internal stakeholders to resolve work pass matters.

Others

• Work closely with the L&D team to coordinate documentation for training grant applications and claims.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.


Requirements

• Proven hands-on recruitment experience across frontline or operational roles and HQ functions.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with experience managing high-volume hiring and multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s recruitment market, major hiring platforms and recruitment events, including those organised by e2i.
• Practical experience handling Singapore work passes and using relevant MOM portals.
• Good understanding of fair hiring practices and applicable employment requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a resourceful approach to sourcing candidates.
• Comfortable taking ownership of both planning and daily execution.
