  • Develop and maintain reporting, governance, processes and controls across assigned REO programs, identify gaps and implement approved improvements
  • Analyze vendor, lease, insurance and other assigned REO expenditures, contractual commitments, forecasts and variances to support budgeting, forecasting and cost management
  • This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for independently executing defined Real Estate Operations programs and processes within established frameworks and authority. • The Specialist works independently within established policies, contracts, budgets, governance frameworks and program requirements and exercises judgment in evaluating insurance, vendor, lease and financial information. The role determines appropriate actions within assigned responsibilities, identifies risks and exceptions, resolves issues within established requirements and develops recommendations where management decisions are required.
  • Matters involving material financial commitments, changes to contractual terms or service scope, insurance coverage or claims positions, significant vendor or lease disputes, risk acceptance or broader operational impacts are escalated with clear analysis and recommended options.

What you'll need
