What You Will Do

As a Collections Agent, you will:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries regarding outstanding account balances.
• Communicate professionally with customers to discuss payment options and resolve outstanding balances.
• Assist customers in understanding their accounts and available payment arrangements.
• Negotiate payment plans while maintaining a positive and respectful customer experience.
• Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
• Meet individual and team performance goals while following company policies and procedures.

What You Bring

To be successful in this First Party Collections role in Maumee, OH, you should have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work toward performance goals.
• Previous collections or call center experience is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED!
