A Day in the Life

We are looking for a curious and open-minded professional, who is enthusiastic about working with the latest technologies to improve patients’ lives every day.

This position requires frequent travel across central and eastern Poland to provide training, education and clinical support for advanced neurosurgical procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical and technical support for advanced cranial procedures involving both paediatric and adult patients.
• Collaborate with operating room teams and provide technical guidance whenever needed.
• Work closely with the sales team to address customer needs and support educational pathways.
• Deliver technical training and education to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge and expertise in cranial devices.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree or relevant professional background in medicine, healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in an Operating Room environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A structured, analytical and patient-focused approach.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 149,520.00 PLN - 224,280.00 PLN | 

 

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
