Business Account Advisor

Overview

Plenty of businesses still run on old card machines and systems that don't talk to each other. As a Business Account Advisor, you get to show them something better: one setup for orders, payments and reporting that makes their day simpler.

Think of this role as part advisor, part guide. You'll ask about how each business works, point out what could run smoother, and recommend the setup that fits. We train you on the product and the process from the start, so you'll know your stuff before you ever speak with an owner. This is a full-time position, and your earnings grow with every business you help get set up, plus bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

• Talk with owners about the tools they use to take orders and payments
• Spot what's outdated, expensive or slowing them down
• Recommend a point-of-sale setup that fits how they actually work
• Walk them through how it works and help them make the decision
• Make sure each new account gets set up and running smoothly
• Track every conversation and follow-up in the CRM

What We're Looking For

• You like technology and explaining it in plain words
• You're patient, friendly and good at listening
• You're organized and manage your time well
• Retail, restaurant, tech support or sales background is a plus
