Racine Dental Group is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team and support our clinical staff by providing excellent patient care and creating a positive experience for every patient.

Position Overview

As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our dentists and clinical team during patient care and treatment. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and providing quality patient care.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude and patient-focused approach

• Ability to assist the dentist during a variety of procedures

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and properly sterilized clinical environment

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 10:45 AM – 7:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

• $18–$25 per hour, based on experience
