The Village Life Center Texas is hiring a QMHP to provide Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitative Services, including Skills Building and Intervention Services, in Fort Worth. The Village Life Center Texas is hiring a QMHP to provide Targeted Case Management and Mental Health Rehabilitative Services, including Skills Building and Intervention Services, in Fort Worth. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver in-home, in-school, in-community, and virtual behavioral health services.
- Provide skills building and therapeutic interventions that help clients function better at home, at school, at work, and in the community.
- Help clients build coping strategies, daily living skills, and support networks, and identify and respond to triggers.
- Complete CANS/ANSA assessments and update treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention according to agency policies.
- Work with the treatment team and families to meet goals in each Person-Centered Plan.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation (goals, progress notes) in line with State of Texas guidelines and agency deadlines.
- Attend weekly staff meetings, and regular clinical supervision.

Schedule: Part-time, approximately [10-15] hours per week to start, with the opportunity to grow to a full-time caseload. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and some Saturdays based on client needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, with coursework equivalent to a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
- Reliable, insured vehicle and a cell phone.
- Access to a computer or laptop for use outside the office.
Work Environment:
Most services take place in the client’s home and community, with some office and virtual work. Travel throughout the Fort Worth area is required.
