Summary:

We are looking for a driven finance professional to join the International Finance team as a Sr. Finance Analyst. This role will own key commercial Power BI models, execute weekly and monthly reporting processes, and support leadership with monthly and quarterly business reviews. The position offers broad exposure to P&L analysis, commercial insights, financial planning, and software including Power BI, SAP, COPA, BPC, Anaplan, and Agentic AI tools.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Periodic Reporting & Business Planning:

o Execute weekly and monthly reporting accurately and on schedule

o Enhance financial reporting and commercial dashboards

o Own, maintain, and enhance commercial Power BI models

o Reconcile data across Power BI, SAP, COPA, BPC, and Anaplan

• Planning & Systems Support:

o Support regional teams with quarterly forecasts and AOP/SP submissions

o Support Anaplan enhancements, governance, and data quality

• Partner with regional finance and commercial teams to validate results and explain performance drivers

• Support monthly and quarterly business reviews and close processes through reporting, commentary, and presentation materials

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality and efficiency

• Analyze current and historical KPIs and translate results into clear insights for leadership

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI experience preferred

Preferred

• 2-3+ years of finance or accounting experience

• Experience supporting P&L reporting, forecasting, or business reviews

• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize results for leadership

• Experience with SAP, COPA, and Anaplan

• Experience developing or supporting Power BI models, dashboards, and Agentic AI insights and applications

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.  MBA preferred.

Experience: 3+ years’ experience in Finance, previous CPG experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in roles requiring strong analytical and systems skills. Must possess the ability to streamline internal processes along with having strong prioritization and organizational skills.

Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills required, including the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and leaders

Computer Skills: Strong excel based skills required including experience with successfully working with large data sets. Experience with SAP Financial applications a plus.

Special Skills: Order to Cash Demand Planning, Poultry or Prepared Plant Operations, and Purchase to Pay Shared Services, and Sales Operations.

Special Skills: MBA or CPA a plus
