Description
Treehouse Learning Center is a Gold-rated Step Up To Quality childcare center in Gahanna, Ohio. We’re hiring an experienced Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 3-4 year olds with structure, warmth, and high standards.
Pay: Competitive, based on experience and credentials.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, no weekends.

What You’ll Do:
- Run consistent routines and smooth transitions.
- Write and teach weekly lesson plans.
- Observe and document progress in Teaching Strategies GOLD®.
- Lead your assistant teacher.
- Partner with families daily.
Required:
- 2+ years of preschool experience.
- Ohio Career Pathway Level 3+, CDA, or ECE degree.
- Experience writing lesson plans.
- Strong parent communication.
- Verifiable dependability.
- Ability to pass background checks and meet Ohio licensing requirements.
Preferred (we’ll train the right person):
- Teaching Strategies GOLD® experience.
- SUTQ experience.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
- Spanish.
