Qualifications:
Ideal Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor. They must have prior bartending experience, be self-motivated and be able to stand for long periods of time. Candidate must be personable and guest service driven. Candidates must be 18 and older.

Essential Functions

·        Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests

·        Must present a professional, guest‑ready “on‑stage presence”

·        Performs other duties assigned Expectations

·        Must have good guest service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest experience

·        Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures

·        Must be present for all major and minor events at the Amphitheater

·        Must follow MLCC guidelines for responsible alcohol service

Education & Experience:

·        Previous bartending experience preferred

Skills & Abilities:

·        Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance

·        Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training (TIP's, Servsafe certification)

·        Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank

·        Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders

·        Ability to work effectively with others

·        Ability to work in fast-paced environment Physical Requirements

·        Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift

·        Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

·        Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions:

·        May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season

·        May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

Location: Grand Rapids Complex (Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium) in Grand Rapids, Michigan
