About the role

As a “Senior Analyst - Business Systems (m/w/d)” in our ATM business in our location in Cologne, you will connect business needs with technology and operational solutions. You will analyze business and system processes, translate requirements into clear specifications, and help deliver improvements across payment products and services. You will work with colleagues across business, technology, operations and product teams.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyze ATM business and system processes, requirements and data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document and translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and solution specifications.
• Work with business, technology, operations and product stakeholders to support solution design, implementation and testing.
• Investigate process and system issues, identify root causes and recommend practical improvements.
• Support projects and change initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and continuous improvement.

Required qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, process analysis or a related role.
• Understanding of business requirements gathering, process mapping and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex business and system processes.
• Effective communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• Ability to organize priorities and contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in financial services, payments or transaction processing for ATM
• Knowledge of payment processing, clearing, settlement, reconciliation or related payment operations.
• Experience supporting system implementations, testing or process-improvement initiatives.
