Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities & Physical Requirements
Job Duties Include
- Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
- High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
- Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
- Restocking supplies and inventory
- Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
- Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
- Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
- Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Physical Demands May Include
- Walking and standing
- Climbing
- Bending forward
- Wearing a hip/backpack vacuum
- Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
- Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Active Top Secret Security Clearance or higher is required.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
- Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions
- Willingness to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers’ expectations
