JOB SUMMARY
This individual will manage multiple trade projects from the point of sale through the final billing. They will be the point of contact through product installation, follow-up service, and other construction challenges when warranted, while providing top tier customer service.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively utilize the Order Management and Service Software.
- Conduct order reviews to ensure alignment with plans and specifications and review any discrepancies with sales team and customer.
- Communicate with all internal team members as needed during the project
- Order all materials required from Pella and outside vendors to maximize profitability and timeliness.
- Coordinate all product assembly, delivery, and installation and manage any service needs or punch lists that may come up.
- Produce all close out documentation to complete the project.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to Customer Service Manager.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree
- Knowledge of architectural drawings and details
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebem
