Know your way around a CNC machine? Great. Never operated one but have mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic? We can work with that, too.
BCI Solutions is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our CNC Machine Shop on 2nd and 3rd shift.
We're not looking for everyone to come through the door with years of machining experience. We're looking for people who show up, take pride in their work, and want to get better at what they do.
Experienced machinists bring valuable skills. Entry-level operators bring potential. We have room for both.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate CNC machines producing precision-machined cast iron components.
- Load and unload parts, monitor machine cycles, and maintain production flow.
- Inspect finished parts using gauges and precision measuring tools.
- Recognize quality issues and make adjustments within your training and authorization.
- Troubleshoot basic machining issues and communicate problems before they become bigger ones.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Develop additional machining skills as you gain experience.

Requirements
What We're Looking ForExperienced Operators:
- Previous CNC machining experience.
- Familiarity with machining processes, tooling, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to recognize quality issues and work independently.
- Experience with CNC setups or offsets is a plus.
No CNC Experience?
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or working with machinery is helpful.
- Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work safely.
- A solid work ethic and dependable attendance.
