American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to join its Group Tax team in the UK on a hybrid or remote basis. This key role sits within a lean, dynamic 20-person tax function spread across the UK, North America, and India.

The successful candidate will lead transfer pricing documentation, compliance, and audit management while developing and implementing transfer pricing policies aligned with GBT's global tax strategy.

You will own GBT's transfer pricing documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and support tax audits in collaboration with external advisers, with a strong focus on continuous process improvement.

We're looking for someone with practical transfer pricing experience who demonstrates accountability, autonomy, and commercial awareness. You'll interact with stakeholders across finance, legal, and corporate functions to understand GBT's business and drive optimization initiatives.

This role offers significant professional development potential within a flat reporting structure that promotes strong team collaboration. What You´ll Do

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other relevant professional qualification
• Tax / transfer pricing experience, ideally five or more years’
• Experience of setting and implementing transfer pricing policies.
• Experience preparing and leading transfer pricing documentation, such as Master Files and Local Files
• Experience with analysing and implementing international transfer pricing regulations
• Understanding of accounting concepts and tax law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to extract, analyse, and review data and make appropriate recommendations
