Position: IT-Administrator

Location: Braunschweig, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:
First-Level Support:

• Analysis and resolution of IT issues
• Ordering and distribution of IT equipment
• Support for business units

IT Liaison:

• Serving as a liaison between IT and the business
• Structured coordination and implementation with the backend team
• Coordination with service providers

System Administration:

• Independent management of IT systems
• Planning and executing upgrades
• Monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure

A four-week training period will take place in Penzberg

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of virtualization, storage systems, and backup technologies
• Willingness to undergo training (approx. 4 weeks) in Penzberg, Bavaria.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a service-oriented mindset
