- Develop high quality software which meets requirements, promotes re-use of software components, and facilitates ease of support.
- Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code.
- Identifies and implements process improvements in Engineering practices.
- Utilize software-based system maintenance and tracking tools.
- Provide input and technical content for technical documentation, user help materials and customer training.
- 2-5 years of development experience using Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices
- Strong knowledge in Linux/ Unix.
- Working experience in Azure .
- Deployment using Docker and orchestrated via Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge in CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge on Multithreading, Event and Delegates.
- Unit testing (Junit , Mockito ) .
- Angular , HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with the Spring framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns will be added advantage.
- Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs (REST, RPC)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent troubleshooting and Issue resolving skills
- Able to work well in a team setting
In addition to strong Java Spring Boot full-stack development experience, the following skills are required/preferred:
- Cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is mandatory.
- Experience working in an agentic development environment.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot.
- Experience using Skills and working in Plan and Execute modes within agentic development environments is preferredI
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in software design and development
- Technology stack: Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices design/development
- Object Oriented programming Linux /Windows
- Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience operating in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile development principles.
