Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, one of the World's 50 Best Hotels, we are looking for a reliable and service-oriented House Attendant to join our Housekeeping team.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day housekeeping operation by ensuring guest requests are fulfilled efficiently, housekeeping supplies are replenished, and guest floors remain organized and fully equipped. Working closely with Room Attendants, Supervisors, and other departments, you will contribute to delivering a seamless and exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest Four Seasons standards.

What You Will Do

• Displays warmth, care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden Rule.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area and promotes a safe working environment.
• Anticipates guest needs and takes ownership of guest concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. Offers a special service touch when an opportunity is presented.
• Deliver additional linen and rollaway to guest rooms as required.
• Deliver guest requests from housekeeping.
• Always be in contact with the Housekeeping Coordinator for all special requests.

What You Bring

• Applicants must have a European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for guest service.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Physical ability to perform operational duties, including lifting, moving, and transporting housekeeping supplies.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule & Hours

Permanent Position.
5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Schedule is flexible and may change weekly according to business needs.
