The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As a Sr. PCIV Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Close & Reporting: Prepare journal entries, support month-end/soft close, and produce financial reporting schedules.
• Analysis: Review and explain cost drivers, investigate variances, and assess financial impacts with key stakeholders.
• Inventory & Reconciliations: Perform balance sheet and subledger reconciliations (inventory, GRIR, GIT) and analyze variances (PPV, pricing, manufacturing).
• Systems & Processes: Support SAP/material ledger close, system updates, and improve costing, reporting, and SOPs.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure SOX/internal control compliance and support audits.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate cross-functionally to support business needs.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND three to six (3-6) years of finance, accounting job experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND eight (8) years of finance, accounting job experience in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, or Material Ledger preferred)
• Basic Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
• Understanding of ERP-based inventory flow (procurement, production, goods movement)
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
• Ability to interact and communicate at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good Financial Acumen
• Self-starter

Work location:

• Hybrid - Requires up to 2 days to work on Belen, Heredia site.

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
