Senior Manager Information Security Audit

Job Summary
We are seeking a leader who is a self-starter experienced in Cyber Security Compliance and IT general controls to lead our Line 1 Control Automation processes and management efforts leveraging our proven experience in Security automation. This critical role is central to our mission of maintaining robust security controls and achieving key certifications. You will have a hands-on role in the proactive monitoring and management of our Information Security Management System (ISMS), with full read-only access to technology services to ensure transparency and accuracy in compliance activities.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead the establishment, implementation, and enhancement of controls automation using the Vanta Trust Managment Platform and ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform.
- Oversee and monitor compliance with cybersecurity standards, focusing on achieving and maintaining ISO27001 and SOC Type 2 certifications.
- Conduct in-depth audits and assessments of current cyber security measures, policies, and technology implementations.
- Collaborate directly with our Executive Management, Cyber Security, Risk and Audit utilizing your insights to influence strategic decisions and improvements.
- Develop, implement, and refine compliance monitoring processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or cyber security compliance roles.
- Demonstrable experience with ISO27001 and SOC Type 2 certification processes.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
